Egg and Cheese Souffle'

Breakfast foods can be so comforting. I look forward to waking up just so I can eat breakfast!

Egg & Cheese Soufflé

6 slices of bread

1 c. grated American cheese

3 eggs

2 ½ c. milk

½ tsp. salt


Cut bread in cubes and place in the bottom of a greased, shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. In a small bowl, beat eggs; add milk and salt. Pour liquid over bread and cheese. Let stand for 30 minutes. Set in a pan of hot water and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
