Mandarin Orange Salad has a great mix of oranges, orange Jello and orange sherbet for a triple dose of orange! So refreshing.
Mandarin Orange Salad
1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange Jello
1 pint orange sherbet
1 (13 ½ oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
Drain oranges and reserve syrup. Add enough water to syrup to make 1 ½ cup liquid. Put in pan, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat; add Jello and stir. Add sherbet until melted. Chill until slightly thick. Fold in oranges and pineapple. Chill until solid.
